The week started off much like the season: Postponed. And it didn’t get much easier from there. Between COVID, rain, and even snow, our Mets have had no fewer than seven, SEVEN, games postponed so far this season. What on earth is going on?! We finally made it to Opening Day!  The Mets opened their 2021 season this past Thursday down in the nation’s capital. *RECORD SCRATCH* Actually the Nats had a COVID outbreak, and MLB had to postpone the entire weekend series, so the Mets will start their season tomorrow in Philly. Ok, Spring Training is fun and all, but it’s feeling like it’s dragging on now.
